Information Required To Transfer A Licence

In order to complete the application, the following information is required:

  1. Full name of present holder of the licence, I.D and residential address, If a (Pty) Ltd, C.C. or partnership, full details of shareholders, directors, members partners, plus no of shares held.
  2. Full name of proposed holder of the licence, I.D. and residential and postal address, If a (Pty) Ltd, C.C. or partnership, full details of shareholders, directors, members, partners, plus no of shares held, and a copy of CK Documents or certificate of incorporation.
  3. Financial interest in the Liquor Trade in the Republic of South Africa of the proposed holder / members / shareholders / partners / directors.
  4. Financial interest in the business of the present holder and proposed holder / members / shareholders / partners / directors.
  5. Marital status of proposed holder & present holder / members / shareholders / directors / partners, and full name of spouse and I.D. number.
  6. Proof of ownership, or copy of lease agreement, or letter from landlord granting consent to occupy the premises.
  7. Short C.V. of proposed holder or if company, all members / shareholders / directors / partners.
  8. Copy of the Liquor Licence.
  9. Magisterial District.
  10. If changing name, new trading name.
