There are many different types of Liquor Licences available, listed below are a few with the type of establishment they would relate to. We will be able to advise you as to the correct licence for your establishment.

	Restaurant Liquor Licence
	This is available to bona fide restaurants and coffee shops. The requirement is that regular meals are available, and a comprehensive menu must be provided with the application.
	Liquor Store Licence
	This is an off-consumption licence. i.e. No alcohol is to be consumed on the premises.
	Tavern Liquor Licence
	This is an on- consumption licence, and must be kept separate from any other dwelling, especially a residential dwelling. The licencee shall at all times provide food and various forms of entertainment of acceptable standards.
	Pool Club Liquor Licence
	This is an on- consumption licence for bona fide pool clubs providing games defined in this act.
	Dance Hall Liquor Licence
	This is an on- consumption licence, for dance halls providing the business of a dance hall as defined in this act.
	Night Club Liquor Licence
	This is an on-consumpton licence for Night Clubs providing facilities which include the provision of light meals, dancing and entertainment.
	Pub Hall Liquor Licence
	This is an on-consumption licence, provided with provisions of snacks or light meals.
	Gaming Premises Liquor Licence
	This is an on-consumption licence, for bona fide gaming businesses, including betting on the licenced premises.
	Grocers Wine Licence
	This licence applies to bona fide general dealers that deal in a wide variety of groceries and foodstuffs.
	Club Liquor Licence
	This licence may be granted to bona fide clubs which consist of at least 15 ordinary members, and a minimum annual subscription fee is payable.
	Hotel Liquor Licence
	This licence may be granted to a bona fide hotel, and which accommodation and meals are regularly supplied to guests. A record of all lodgers must be kept on the licensed premises at all times.
	Theatre Liquor Licence
	This licence may be granted to a bona fide theatre, at which dramatic performances, plays, concerts, or films are regularly presented or shown to the public.
	Sorghum Beer Licence – On Consumption
	This licence may be granted to an applicant selling ordinary meals and whishing to supply sorghum beer only.
	Sorghum Beer Licence – Off Consumption
	This licence may be granted to an applicant supplying sorghum beer only in a receptacle which has a capacity of more than 5 (five) litres.
	Sports Ground Liquor Licence
	This licence may be granted to a bona fide sports club, on which public sports. Games or recreations are regularly held.
	Micro Manufacturers Licence
	This is for manufacturers of alcohol who manufactures less than 5 Million Litres per annum.
